We had such a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers while choosing our wedding bands! My fiance and soon-to-be husband, were in a time crunch trying to find the right wedding bands unique for us. I went into Kay Jewelers Sunday to replace a battery for my son's watch. I was told the jewelry repair person comes in on Monday and Tuesday. My son was sad as he wanted a working watch. Emily said "let me look at the watch". She went above and beyond to replace the watch battery to make my son happy. It was her first time doing such a repair. She was amazing. She totally understands customer satisfaction. Kay Jewelers should acknowledge her dedication to the company.

The manager Emily was extremely helpful! She helped us find a new piece to compliment my ring set even after it’s been discontinued. They store was busy when we shopped and she made sure we were well taken care of during our visit.

The staff at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets, Lana, Catherin, Angela and Emily are amazing! They work together as a team and are superstars! Beyond friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful ladies. They all went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional.
